his modification introduces two 28 V electrical power outlets for general utilities. The two outlets have a maximum load of 40 A (on a single receptacle, or divided between two receptacles). One outlet, located on the cabin AFT wall below the right passenger seat, is for internal use, and the other outlet, located below the helicopter, is for external use.

A removable extension to the cargo swing is introduced for connections to cargo hook mounted equipment where a "pull to disconnect" feature is requested for emergency cargo release procedures.

The design also introduces the the possibility of a passage above the cabin outlet to allow wire routing between the cabin and the RH baggage compartment or the outside of the helicopter (below the helicopter). The hole is intended to be blanked under this design, and any use for wire routing must be approved under a separate design.
